Yosha has more than 24 years’ experience in managing liability, professional and cyber lines. She is responsible for development and oversight of Mosaic’s cybersecurity product globally. Previously, she was technical director of cyber and professional lines at Zurich North America, where she coordinated cyberrisk coverage across all lines of business and oversaw professional liability lines. She held prior roles at Gemini Risk, Ironshore Insurance, and Axis Capital.

Marc supports Mosaic’s cyber team, focusing on day-to-day underwriting of accounts. He previously worked as a technology underwriter at CFC, focused on emerging risks in this space across the US and Israel. He specialised in handling the US Northeast and developing the SME book in the region. Marc has a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from the University of Nottingham, UK.
Lucy supports Mosaic’s cyber team, focusing on day-to-day underwriting of accounts. She previously worked as an assistant underwriter at EmergIn Risk, a Ryan Specialty Group MGA, specializing in cyber, technology and media for US and international clients.
Rey underwrites for Mosaic’s professional liability, cyber, and financial institutions divisions. With more than 16 years of experience in several sectors of the insurance industry, including claims adjusting, risk engineering, insurance placement, and underwriting, he has spent most of his career focused on underwriting management liability exposures. Previously, he developed and led the financial, professional, technology and cyber divisions at Sovereign Insurance in Toronto.
Dennis is responsible for Mosaic’s cyber portfolio across the Continent, and also oversees our new regional service company in Europe. Previously, he worked as a cyber and crime product manager at Finlex, an insurtech specializing in financial lines. Before that, he served as lead cyber underwriter/referral point for Germany, Austria, and Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) at AXA XL. Dennis began his career at Catlin Europe and gained underwriting experience in multiple lines of business, including aviation, casualty, and marine. Dennis is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).
Connor is responsible for underwriting cyber and technology risks, supporting the growth of Mosaic’s North American cyber portfolio. He works with retail and wholesale brokers across the US, with a focus on Central and Southeast regions. Connor previously worked at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance, underwriting large and complex cyber, technology, and miscellaneous professional liability risks. He is also currently studying for his MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Florence supports the cyber team through placements and development of broker relationships. She previously spent six months at Mosaic as assistant office manager, supporting operations, human resources, and events. She studied sport and exercise science at the University of Birmingham, including a year abroad at the University of Nottingham Malaysia focused on nutrition, health, and psychology.
George builds out Mosaic’s cyber portfolio in Bermuda. He manages underwriting, product initiatives, and partnerships for US and international business coming through the Bermuda market and leads several data-focused projects,including harnessing data and analytics to create a sustainable cyber eco-system for Mosaic and partners. Previously, he was a cyber underwriter at Occam Underwriting, after completing Lloyd’s of London’s Graduate Scheme and is an Accredited Chartered Insurer (ACII).
Emma supports Mosaic’s international cyber team. She previously worked at AXA XL, where she was a member of the London and Lloyd’s cyber team, working on large corporate excess placements within the international space. Prior, she spent nearly five years at Ascent Underwriting, where she focused on small and medium-sized companies and middle-market cyber and technology risks.
David is responsible for Mosaic’s operational strategy and growth of the company’s US cyber portfolio. He has more than 18 years of experience as a lawyer and insurance professional, with positions in claims, product development, and underwriting. Previously, he was the US Northeast regional manager at Axis Capital, overseeing a portfolio of cyber, technology E&O, professional liability and media, with a focus on both retail and wholesale markets. He held prior roles at ACE USA and was an insurance coverage lawyer at Wilson Elser.
Ted supports Mosaic’s international cyber team, focusing on developing its broker network and underwriting of accounts. He previously worked as a broker at Superscript, a start-up insurtech specializing in cyber, tech, and financial institutions placements. Prior to that, he worked at MGA Aurous Risk Partners, focused on energy and property reinsurance. He has a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Law, UK, and a Bachelor’s degree in Ancient History from Royal Holloway, University of London.
Ian is responsible for the operational strategy and growth of Mosaic’s Canadian business, whose core lines comprise professional liability, cyber, financial institutions, and transactional liability. With more than 20 years’ experience in the specialty sphere, Ian has developed and led profitable commercial portfolios for cyber and professional and financial lines of business. He has worked with global and Canadian domestic insurance carriers, latterly as head of cyber/technology & professional lines for Sovereign Insurance in Toronto. His focus has included developing product, pricing, governance, distribution, and portfolio management.
Toni underwrites cyber risks and develops relationships with key trading partners to drive growth for Mosaic’s European cyber portfolio. Prior, he worked for financial lines broker Finlex as both a product manager and senior consultant for cyber risks for Finlex’s largest clients. He was a senior consultant for cyber risks at Marsh Germany, previously. He began his career at XL Catlin as an underwriter for cyber insurance.
Kyle is responsible for evaluating and underwriting cyber risks, developing broker relationships, and helping drive growth for Mosaic in the Canadian market. He has 14 years of underwriting experience in specialty insurance, most recently leading a start-up Canadian cyber MGA. Previously, he developed and led profitable cyber, errors & omissions, and directors & officers portfolios at CNA Canada and Trisura.
Nicola supports Mosaic’s cyber team, focusing on day-to-day underwriting of accounts. She previously worked as an assistant underwriter in AXA XL’s cyber and technology team, developing a focus on excess placements for large corporate entities. She has also had experience in portfolio management, planning and forecasting, and Lloyd’s reporting and is an accredited ACII chartered insurer.
Eric is responsible for underwriting cyberrisks and developing relationships with key trading partners to drive growth for our North American portfolio. Previously, he worked at RT Specialty in Chicago, beginning as a broker. He servedretail agency partners across the US, providing expertise in cyberrisk and solutions for complex market placements.Eric began his career at Ironshore in Chicago as a financial lines underwriter, focused on cyber, technology E&O, andprofessional liability business.
Daisy is a 13-year industry veteran with experience working in the US Midwest, West, and East Coast commercial insurance markets. At Mosaic, she specializes in assessing and underwriting complex cyber risks across North American markets. Previously, she worked at Crum & Forster as product manager for large lawyers & accountants professional liability portfolios. She also worked for Lockton, where she assisted professional services firms with the placement of property & casualty, professional and management liability coverage needs.
Kimiya contributes to the risk assessment and underwriting of cyber accounts across a variety of industries, as well as fostering broker relationships. She previously was a broker in Aon’s professional services practice, placing cybersecurity, professional liability, employment practices liability, and directors & officers liability for law firms, ranging from $25M to $2B in revenue. She also has experience prior to insurance in public-interest legal services, pharmaceutical outsourced manufacturing, and entertainment event-risk management.
Mel is responsible for underwriting cyber risks and helping drive growth in the North American market. Previously, he held cyber broker roles at Lockton and NFP. Prior, he worked as an underwriter at Crum & Forster specializing in cyber, tech E&O, and professional liability. His background also includes operational and relationship management experience in management liability, healthcare technology, and risk-management information systems.
Reggie supports Mosaic’s North American cyber team. Previously he spent 13 years working in operation management, at Einstein Bros, United Parcel Service, and Cintas. His focus included collecting and analyzing performance-efficiency data and training employees on guidelines and safety protocols. He served eight years in the US Army National Guard as a motor transport operator and completed a military tour assigned to Iraq and Kuwait during 2010–11. He has a Bachelor of Information Systems and Cybersecurity, and an associate degree in Computer Networking.
Brinsley supports Mosaic’s European cyber team through placements and development of broker relationships. He previously worked for Marsh’s global general underwriting business, Victor, in Germany as an assistant underwriter for its travel health insurance portfolio, and cyber. Before that, he worked for SCOR as a university student in Cologne, responsible for preparing quotes and analyzing client data. He has a BSc in International Business from Technische Hochschule Köln, and is now studying parttime for his Master’s degree in Digital Transformation Management.
Melissa supports the build-out of cyber, financial institutions, and transactional liability lines, with a focus on opportunities distributed through the Bermuda market. She previously worked at Liberty Specialty Markets Bermuda as an underwriter on the financial lines and special risk teams, and has experience writing the full suite of FI and TL products.
Luke is responsible for underwriting cyber accounts in a range of industries, as well as cultivating broker relationships at Mosaic. Previously, he was a broker in WTW’s FINEX/cyber team, handling a diverse portfolio of clients. Prior to insurance, he worked in the hospitality industry at Hilton’s global headquarters in Virginia as part of the hotel group’s revenue management team.
Kieran is responsible for underwriting complex cyber risks and fostering partnerships with key trading partners. He previously was a cyber underwriter at Hamilton Syndicate 4000, specializing in North American and international cyber risks. His career began in the Lloyd’s of London Graduate Scheme; he is an Accredited Chartered Insurer (ACII) and founder of the Lloyd’s Cyber Under 35s, a group focused on advancing the next generation of cyber specialists in the London market.
Tayler is helping build a sustainable portfolio of accounts through her assessment and underwriting of complex cyberrisks for Mosaic. Previously, she specialized in underwriting cyber, technology liability, and miscellaneous professional liability. She worked at Westfield Specialty and Zurich North America, where she provided tailored products to retail and wholesale markets in the US East Coast, Midwest, and West Coast.
Rob is responsible for the development of Mosaic’s cyber portfolio in the Middle East. He is a 12-year industry veteran with experience in both underwriting and broking. Previously, he held roles at Zurich and UIB, leading financial lines business in the region.
James has nearly 20 years of experience underwriting international commercial risk, with a focus on the cyber and tech, media, and telecom (TMT) sector. At Mosaic, he is developing the international cyber portfolio, in London, Europe, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East. He was previously head of cyber and TMT for AXA XL’s international financial lines divisionand held cyber-related roles at QBE, Allianz Insurance, and Zurich.
