With her background in law, underwriting, and broking, Natalie brings a 360-degree understanding of claims and the fundamental importance of fair outcomes to her role at Mosaic. She qualified as an insurance lawyer in 2001 and worked in private practice in the City of London before joining Ironshore/Pembroke Syndicate 4000 as a claims manager in 2010, where she managed a broad spectrum of claims across multiple lines of business. Natalie later served Aon’s Global Broking Centre as head of financial, professional & specialty claims, overseeing a cradle-to-grave claims service to wholesale and retail clients globally.

Elissa brings more than 15 years of industry knowledge and works with Mosaic’s brokers and insureds throughout the Americas to guide coverage under the company’s six product lines. She started her insurance career as claims counsel with AIG and later was cyber and technology product manager at AXA XL. Elissa also has extensive experience counseling companies and proactively mitigating risk from her tenure on the broker side, including roles at Marsh and Lockton. Prior to 2006, she began her legal career in tax with Deloitte.
Rachel is an experienced senior claims adjuster, responsible for handling professional liability, financial institutions, political violence, war & terror, and cyber claims at Mosaic. She has handled specialty lines claims in the London market since 2009, latterly at a Lloyd’s syndicate, where she dealt with complex claims across multiple jurisdictions. She has a law degree from the University of Reading, UK.
