Our GEM Awards are a company-wide program to reward those who stand out for exceptional attitude and activity. A nominations process selects those who show up, engage with the market, live our values…and generally Go the Extra Mile. GEM-worthy colleagues are found across the organization at all levels and in varying locations, and each awardee receives an additional $10,000 bonus.
Mosaic cares about the health and welfare of its people. As well as full medical benefits for employees, we offer colleagues opportunities to take part in wellness initiatives through the year—from healthy team lunches to therapy events like in-office puppy therapy sessions to reduce stress and boost happy hormones.

Mosaic believes in supporting communities where we live and work around the world. In that spirit, we hold an annual Global Day of Giving, when teams from all offices spend time supporting worthy local causes. Our company provides select charities with direct philanthropic support. We also have a corporate Matching Gift Program to empower colleagues to achieve more for causes they care about.
