MAX Program
MAX is all about business + personal development. This program brings together high performers across the company to tackle a slate of real business challenges, develop proposed solutions, then report back to leadership and directors. Participants are chosen for demonstrating high potential, strategic thinking, and teamwork—and the ability to take on a stretch assignment while performing their day jobs.
Internship Program
We value the development of junior talent in our business—to support our industry, as well as help build the future careers of young people. Mosaic launched our Internship Program during our first summer in 2021; since then, we’ve expanded to include students across our four largest offices—London, New York, Chicago and Bermuda. Our interns get the opportunity to immerse in their respective fields of focus, from underwriting to finance and marketing, networking with team members across units and jurisdictions.
Being an intern at a brand-new company allowed me amazing opportunities, including the chance to contribute to policy work and other in-depth content. It was very
