Laura supports Mosaic’s claims team. She joined Mosaic in 2023 as receptionist and assistant office manager, working with operations and HR departments to ensure efficient operation of Mosaic’s London office. She previously worked in hospitality as receptionist and duty manager of a small independent hotel and wedding venue, after graduating with both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Forensic Psychology from the University of Lincoln, UK.
