Yosha is responsible for driving Mosaic’s overall market engagement across business lines—including product distribution and growth, broker and client relationships, and sales and business development initiatives that harness Mosaic’s digital capabilities. She took on the newly created role in June 2025 after building Mosaic’s cyber business over four years since the company’s launch in February 2021, establishing a worldwide footprint with a team of more than 30 specialists. Yosha has more than 25 years’ experience in managing liability, professional and cyber lines, with executive roles at Zurich North America, Gemini Risk, Ironshore Insurance, and Axis Capital
