Usha steers data strategy and integrates advanced AI solutions, harnessing data as a strategic business asset at Mosaic. She is the founder of product consulting firm Insurtech Advisory, serving as fractional exec and advisor to insurtechs. She also served as global head of data solutions at catastrophe modelling firm Moody’s RMS and was a consultant to re/insurers globally on data strategy, analytics, machine learning and Gen AI adoption. Usha spent her early career at Oracle, IBM, and Cognizant and holds an Engineering degree in Computer Science, an MBA, and a master’s in Art History.
