Tom Kim

Tom recently retired from KKR, where he served as managing director and global risk manager. He is responsible for establishing an industry-leading insurance platform that has generated billions in equity value creation across 1,000-plus deals and hundreds of portfolio companies globally. Tom has 20 years of in-house private-equity experience and previously worked at Cerberus Capital Management as an operations executive, and at Aon in its M&A group. He holds an MBA from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles, CA, a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, CA, and a BS with Honors from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, MA.
