Tom is responsible for managing Mosaic’s client relationships across business lines. He took on the newly created role in 2025 after building Mosaic’s financial institutions business since the company’s launch in 2021, overseeing development of the portfolio globally. He has more than 16 years’ experience in the sector, bringing a wealth of established broker and client relationships. Previously, he oversaw the UK FI sphere at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance, building a market-leading business.
