Sharon has overall responsibility for finance matters of our new Matrix Managing Agency and managed syndicates, including financial reporting, planning and strategy. She has 15 years’ experience in the Lloyd’s Market and insurance and reinsurance industry, with more than eight years as a CFO. She previously worked at Blenheim Underwriting and was also UK CFO and group financial controller at Fidelis Insurance. She started her career at Catlin Group and is a qualified chartered accountant.
