She previously served as the operations team leader for financial lines at Ascot Group, where she built underwriting support teams from the ground up and managed blended onshore and offshore technical teams. Her background also includes roles at Argo Group and CNA Insurance. Sachette holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
