Graduating with a J.D. and Advanced Certificate in Environmental Law from Pace School of Law and barred in NY and NJ, Noelle started her environmental insurance career handling environmental claims at ACE Group (now CHUBB). She transitioned to environmental underwriting at ACE and continued underwriting at AXA XL and Ironshore/Liberty Mutual, and most recently managed the NY region monoline pollution products at Liberty Mutual.
