Natalie manages all aspects of compliance and regulation at Mosaic, including regulatory requirements, compliance monitoring, policies and procedures, and regulatory reporting and engagement, and provide compliance advice and guidance across the business. She has more than 30 years of experience across the insurance and reinsurance industry, spanning compliance, regulation, claims and complaints, including experience with the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). Natalie previously worked for a range of companies, including Amlin, Chubb, Ark, Barbican, Arch, and Ariel Re, and legacy carrier RiverStone.
