He has worked in financial services for most of the past 20 years, the majority focused on HR projects and has held global roles for companies such as Lloyds TSB, RBS, WTW, Legal & General, and Barclays. His core experience lies in transformation, driving global change programmes to support people, process, technology, and culture.
