Michelle supports Mosaic’s capital function, providing analysis and insight across capital modelling, regulatory reporting, and assessment of its Lloyd’s syndicates’ capital position. She has five years’ experience in the re/insurance industry, previously working at IGI as a capital analyst, and at Ariel Re, where she began her career on an actuarial graduate program before specializing in capital modelling. Her experience includes capital projections, stress and scenario testing, model validation, and regulatory capital.
