He partners with finance, underwriting, and operations to evaluate broker and client performance, uncover market trends, and support strategic growth efforts. With 18 years of experience in financial services, Matt brings expertise in distribution strategy, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional execution. Prior to Mosaic, he held senior strategy roles at Liberty Mutual and Ironshore, where he built scalable reporting tools, supported national expansion, and led broker and client engagement initiatives. He began his career at Deutsche Bank as a controller for its prime brokerage trading desk.
