Mark is a market-leading underwriter who co-founded Mosaic in February 2021. He began his career at Lloyd’s with Sturge in 1987, before joining SVB in 1990; he was appointed active underwriter of the group’s flagship Syndicate 1007 in 1999. In 2004, he started top-quartile Lloyd’s Syndicate 4000 and Pembroke Managing Agency, which was acquired by Ironshore four years later. Mark served as CEO of Ironshore International, overseeing the creation of agency services, high-profile specialty consortia, and the expansion of the group to 14 countries.
