Heather advises, assesses, and manages a broad array of tax risks for Mosaic’s transactional liability team. She has close to two decades of experience representing clients in a wide range of complex domestic and cross-border transactions and structures at international law firms, two of the Big Four, and global insurer Chubb, where she established and led its transactional risk tax group. Heather previously also served as tax counsel for AIG, advising on US federal tax planning and compliance, including M&A transactions, IRS audits, and tax-law changes.
