Heather drives business development strategy and oversees investor and board relations and broker marketing, among other focus areas. With almost 15 years of industry experience, she previously served as SVP, political violence for Mosaic, working in the Bermuda and US markets. She began her career at Ironshore Inc and underwrote war and terrorism at Pembroke Syndicate 4000 in London. She returned to the US to grow a domestic book of business at Ironshore, successfully building a market-leading consortium.
