Greg supports Mosaic’s transactional liability team on tax matters in jurisdictions outside North America.A solicitor, he has nearly a decade of specific tax experience, with a focus on tax aspects of M&A transactions and employment tax. He previously was a senior underwriter at Icen Risk. Before joining the transactional liability insurance market, Greg worked in tax teams of international law firms, including Norton Rose Fulbright LLP, Proskauer Rose LLP, and Simmons & Simmons.
