Dean is responsible for the timely collection of premiums, supporting our offshore service provider in query and unallocated cash reduction, and working closely with Mosaic’s broking partners to support our global credit control function. He has more than 30 years’ experience in the re/insurance market, leading IBA and credit-control teams with brokers and insurers, including Ardonagh Specialty, Aon, Talbot Underwriting, and Markel. He has also held specialist finance roles and undertaken operations and finance project work, developing end-to-end best practice processes and has overseen outsource and offshore teams alongside UK-led teams.
