Chris Chua

Chris supports Mosaic’s international transactional liability team. He completed his LLB at Durham University and LPC at BPP Law School before undertaking a Master’s in International Finance Law at King’s College, London, where his focus was on private-equity finance and transaction funding. Chris worked previously as an ISDA negotiator for Deloitte and was placed at a top US investment bank. He later joined the market as an associate underwriter in the transactional liability team at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance.
