Cecelia oversees operations for Mosaic’s agency underwriting, including management of onshore and offshore delivery. She previously served as program operations director at Ambac, managing operations, due diligence, onboarding, audits, program launches and expansions. She started her insurance career at Chubb, where for 18 years she held IT leadership roles. She later worked for two start-ups, ProSight Specialty Insurance and Vantage Risk. With roles across IT, claims, underwriting, operations and compliance, she has broad experience and understanding of the P&C space.
