Byron assesses and manages a broad array of tax risks in jurisdictions outside North America. He’s a barrister and chartered accountant, with masters degrees in tax, international arbitration and public international law. With 15 years of experience in tax, he previously was head of international tax at Themis Underwriting. Before joining the transactional liability insurance market, Byron was an international and M&A tax director at EY, with a focus on alternative investment funds.
