Aaron handles a broad array of tax risks for Mosaic’s transactional liability team, with a focus on renewable energy tax credit risk. Previously, he worked for NextEra Energy, where he helped mitigate risks on close to five gigawatts of utility-scale solar, wind, and battery projects. The first six years of his tax career were spent at Deloitte San Diego, where he focused on tax consequences of corporate restructurings.
