Alex is responsible for overseeing, building, and tracking Mosaic’s business pipeline to enhance underwriting efficiency and market engagement. He has more than a decade of experience in Bermuda, the US, and UK in re/insurance and business management roles focused on business intelligence, research, data analysis, forecasting, KPI benchmarking, and compliance. Most recently, he spent three years at Bermuda’s destination marketing organization, the Bermuda Tourism Authority (BTA), and previously worked at EXL Services UK (providing consultancy services for Aon UK and Direct Line Group), and XL Catlin UK.
