As evidence of forever chemicals' potential harm continues to grow, so does litigation. While lawsuits so far have focused mostly on chemical manufacturers, litigation is continuing to spread to companies that work with forever chemicals. This can include companies making non-stick cookware, carpeting, firefighting foam, even raincoats.
